There's a lot of potential for developing human allies as a more integral part of the eternal struggle. The Beat Cop, City Mayor, Town Drunk, and Nosy Reporter all have their role to play. Properly costed and with a few masters cards to ease and encourage their use, these allies could be a nice addition from both mechanics and narrative perspective. Allies can introduce new variations without adding the complexity of new clans and disciplines. And humans are a nice fit for the more integrated Camarilla, and might be a nice addition to a Camarilla base set. For your consideration... If Kristie is burned by a Vampire, place 2 publicity counters on the Vampire. During the controlling Methuselah's untap phase burn a publicity counter instead of untapping the Vampire. J.T. Finch, Private Investigator Unique Ally Kine 1 Pool 1 Life 1 Strength 0 Bleed J.T. Finch may take a +1 stealth action to place an investigation counter on a minion controlled by another methuselah. Minions you control may take an action to enter into combat with a minion with an investigation counter. A minion with an investigation counter may take a +1 stealth action to burn the counter. Franky the Conspiracy Buff Unique Ally Kine 1 Pool 1 Life 1 Strength 0 Bleed +1 Intercept Louis LeFleur, Vampire Hunter Unique Ally Kine 1 Pool 1 Life 1 Strength 0 Bleed Louis LeFleur may take a +1 Stealth action to burn a vampire in torpor. When Louis is in combat all damage inflicted during the combat is aggravated. Jackster Borne, Gun Runner Unique Ally Kine 1 Pool 1 Life 1 Strength 0 Bleed Jackster gets +1 stealth on all equip actions. Jackster may transfer 1 or more equipment cards from himself to another minion as a +1 stealth action. Indigo March, Starlet Unique Ally Kine 1 Blood 1 Life 0 Strength 1 Bleed Indigo can play cards as if she has inferior presence. She may not play cards that would cost her blood or give her blood. Vince the Vagrant Unique Ally Kine 1 Life 1 Strength 0 Bleed A Vampire controlled any Methuselah may take an action to burn Vince and gain 2 blood. Let the Sun Shine on Me Action Modifier Kine Ally Play as the action is announced. If this action is blocked all damage inflicted during the combat will be aggravated. Embrace Kine Action 2 Blood Place this card on a Kine Ally you control. The ally is now considered a 1 capacity vampire with 1 strength and 1 bleed of the same clan as the acting Vampire. He or she retains any special abilities and limitations. You may get a Master Discipline card from your hand or ash heap and place it on this Vampire, increasing its capacity to 2. The following aren't really Kine related but might be good for the game: Anger Frenzy Combat 1 Blood Cancel the effect of a Strike: Combat Ends card played by the opposing minion. Hit and Run Action Only playable by a minion with a Vehicle. Do 2 damage to minion controlled by another Methuselah. War Council Master Unique Location Tap when a Vampire is burned to force the controller of the burned Vampire to burn 2 pool. Training Grounds Master Unique Location 2 Pool Tap during your Master phase to take a Master Discipline card from your hand or ash heap and place it on a Vampire you control.
